How do I write a science research paper?

I have to write a research paper in biology and my topic is the physiology of exercise. I know how to do the bibliography but I don't know what the body should look/sound like. Is it supposed to be like an essay but longer?

How do I write a science research paper?
Hello,

Start with researching your subject thoroughly.

Title, Abstract, introduction, research methods, results, conclusion and summary, acknowledgments and references

Hope that helps
Reply:Most scientific papers require you to use APA style formatting. If you know how to do the bibliography, then you should be able to do the formatting easily. Generally, you will have an abstract, include a solid introduction, a thesis statement, a hypothesis, independent and dependent variables, materials and procedures, a summary of the results and then a solid conclusion. You should also include an appendix with any extra information that did not fit into the body of your paper but should also be included for your reader. Good luck.
