I have to write a research paper and we are supposed to have only one or two people in the class write about the same one. If I choose one before he assigns them then I can pick my own, otherwise, I'm going to get the leftover crap that sucks. So does anyone have any good ones?

Reply:The blogbaba's favorite philosopher is John Lennon. Do a paper on John, and you can at least prove you have a philosophical depth of understanding that transcends most students.
Reply:Thomas Acquinas, if you're at all interested in religion. Plus, researching him will give you some really interesting spiritual thoughts you won't necessarily get with another philosopher. Personally.
