How do you write a research paper on the history of make up?

I don't know how to write a research paper on the history of make up (cosmetics) or even know how to get started. No plagariazing. (Is that how you spell that word?)

Start with the history of make up. Egypt being the first, and then go from there.

Reply:Your going to need sources to start with. Google 'history of makeup' look on wikipedia and use sources they have. Then go to the library. You might have to use regular history books and look in the index (in the back) for makeup.


Everytime you find a quote that tells something about makeup you want to include write it down on an index card along with the book, author and page number it came from.


Once you get that done your should be well on your way, ask again, email or ask your teacher/parent if you get stuck.

I found that site by googling it. You should do that too. It gives you a lot of good websites. You can also try other search engines like askjeeves or yahoo.
