How do I include a graphs in a research paper? How do I cite them in my works cited page?

My research paper is: How do the varying types of Multiple Sclerosis affect MS patients differently? The graphs I want to include in the paper show the progression of MS in each one of the types of MS. Can you show me how to set this up in my paper using MLA?

I'm not positive that this is MLA, but it is the common way it is seen in textbooks and the like:

Put in the graph. Underneath, in small print, include the author's last name, the name of the graph, title of the publication in which it appeared, and page number (if applicable).

Then, in your bibliography, include the book (or paper, or encyclopedia article) in the same way you would any other book (or paper, or encyclopedia article).
