How do you write note cards for Internet sources when making a research paper?

When writing notecards for a research paper and using an internet source, what do you write in place of where you would normally write the author name and page number? (which would be the case if writing a notecard from a book source)

How do you write note cards for Internet sources when making a research paper?
just rewrite it in your own words or just write straight from the Internet but at the end of the note put the soure u got it from or the person who wrote the text
