do i have to mention the case studies and its results? please explain..
and should the paper be finished when writing the abstract? i mean results may differ if the abstract was done before the research takes place..

The abstract is written after the paper is finished. It should be brief and include: One sentence summarizing the hypothesis, One or two sentences describing the method, One sentence describing the conclusion.
The abstract is a simple summary to help the reader determine if reading the entire study would be of benefit.
