I have to turn in my paper topic statement today for my research paper which is due in a month. How should I write my "paper topic statement" if I want to do my research about unemployment in Indiann American societies? This is a research paper for a diversity sociology course and need to be analytical.

The research centres on the issues facing the AMerican Indian community in relations to their manpower and labour situation; the opportunities and problems they face in gaining, sustaining employment in a market economy
