What should the title of my research paper be?

I'm taking this class and I need to do a research paper which is due at the end of the semester and the students can choose whatever they want to do it on but it has to make sense and sound really neat. I was going to do mine on muscle development and exercising because I was going to find out more about how exercising can increase muscle, etc. So anybody have any suggestions on any sophisticated titles for the research? All I can think of is "Muscle development and Exercise.

(musculus is da latin word for muscles, from the word mouse, so maybe that could help--???)


i reckon for a title u shud go wit something that is a play on words if you want it to 'sound really neat'
